A: The website migration service that our company is offering is free of charge (within a certain limit). We will transfer your site(s) to our state–of–the–art cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from personal experience that switching web hosting providers can result in lost info and unwanted downtime. This is why we’ll do all that for you for free!We’ve got seasoned administrators whose main task is to ensure that your web site works exactly as it did on your previous hosting platform. Our administrators are well–versed in migrating custom–made websites, as well as websites that are based upon popular scripts such as Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: There are a lot of variables to bear in mind – the overall number of files, the physical size of the database, the complexity of the site itself and the present workload of our web site migration experts, etc. Even so, we do try to implement all web site migrations in a 48–hour window. Smaller sites are transferred faster – typically in less than 24 hours.

A: We’ll require the login details for your old hosting provider’s Control Panel along with the site’s name (domain name).

A: In order for us to start the migration of your hosting account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us will require that you to disclose the exact same information you have provided to your present hosting provider. We also have an extremely rigorous Privacy Policy, which describes how personal data is used.

A: Nope. Your web site will continue to be reachable online during the transfer. As soon as everything is done on our end, we will notify you so that you can examine it and check for problems. If everything’s alright, all you will need to do is update your domain’s DNS settings.

A: Nope. We’ll never touch base with your web hosting provider about anything. They will not be aware of the website migration either.

A: Yup. We support all common Linux–based web hosting platforms. We do not support Windows–based hosting platforms, since we do not provide Windows hosting services ourselves.Furthermore, we do not support proprietary web site creation and management tools such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
